Three First Mover Projects with a total target capacity of 1.650 GW initially developed by Triconti ECC Renewables Corporation – a joint venture between CE subsidiary ECC and the leading Philippine project developer in the field of wind energy Triconti Windkraft Group – and now being implemented together with Liechtenstein-based offshore wind specialist Sea Wind Holding AG,  have been awarded their Certificates of Confirmation of Commerciality (CoCoC) by the Department of Energy (DOE), marking a pivotal step towards a greener future.

As pioneers in the country’s offshore wind sector, these projects utilize fixed-bottom foundations and are the first to complete the pre-development phase and receive CoCoCs. The projects were first awarded Offshore Wind Energy Service Contracts between 2020 and 2021.
